            My background check, which was submitted over three weeks ago to the key center, has still not cleared. I have been unable to volunteer at the school up to this point. Hopefully it will clear this week and I can start going in a few days a week. I did recently learn that I would be helping out tutoring kids with their reading and writing as well as in their gym period. I’m excited to start but with our spring break two weeks ago and theirs last week it has been hard, especially with the background check taking so long to process. Until I get to actually volunteer there is not too much else to say.
